The Answers You Need

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards can be purchased either in the store or over the phone for pick up at a later date. Gift cards expire one year from date of purchase.

What is your return policy?

Returns are allowed on new items only, within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Items must be in the original package, with price tag attached. Refunds are made in the same payment type as the purchase, or in store credit.

For consigned items (generally, items with green tags), we sadly cannot except any returns.  If you are unsure if an item will work, we do offer a 24-hour trial period on all items and a 3-day trial period on saddles for you to try them before buying.

How does consignment work?

We take items on consignment and sell them on your behalf.  We do not buy items outright. 

When items are sold, you the consignor get the following:

  • 50% of the sales proceeds for items sold for under $200,

  • 65% of the sales proceeds for items sold for $200-$500, and 

  • 75% of the sales proceeds for items sold for over $500.

All items can remain on consignment for 9 months, with some exceptions to this. There are some items that we cannot accept due to extreme space limitations in the store.  More information can be found on the consignment page.
All items, including tack, should be freshly cleaned before being consigned.  We will look through everything and suggest pricing, however you are welcome to suggest pricing if there is a specific price you would like.

Do you offer trials?

Yes! We offer a 24-hour trial period on all tack and apparel, including horse blankets. We also offer a 3-day trial period on all of our saddles.  We hope you will take advantage of our trial periods to make sure items will work for you!

Can you ship something to me?

Yes. The best way to have this done is to either send us a Facebook message on our page, or an email at info@roundtwotack.com.  Messages should be addressed to Sherri.
